Tom Hallick buys a condo in Marina del Rey

Tom Hallick, the veteran actor and soap star, has bought a spot by the ocean in Marina del Rey for $630,000.
The two-bedroom condo has a balcony and marina and city views from its fourth-floor perch.
Interior details include travertine floors, slate countertops, stainless-steel appliances and maple cabinets. The two bathrooms in the 1,422-square-foot unit have been remodeled.
The 24-hour security complex, constructed in 1972, has three swimming pools, a spa, gym, tennis courts, racquet balls courts, paddle tennis, a restaurant and a car wash.
Hallick was in the series “Gangster Squad” last year and has been in the soap operas “The Young & the Restless” and “Days of Our Lives.”
