Events: Long Beach Crawfish Festival ready to fire up

Call them crawfish, crayfish, crawdads, mudbugs or just supper — the tiny freshwater crustaceans will be served up by the bucketful at the Long Beach Crawfish Festival. In addition to Louisiana-style feasting, the festival offers Cajun and zydeco music, dancing, beach bars and a children’s area. Rainbow Lagoon, 400-403 Shoreline Village Drive, Long Beach.
