Culinary Masters Series at Strand House kicks off Feb. 11 with Nancy Silverton

Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina of Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza will be teaming up with Greg Hozinsky, executive chef at the Strand House, on Feb. 11 for the first event of the Manhattan Beach restaurant’s culinary masters series.
The event will feature a five-course dinner menu with dishes such as buffalo mozzarella with crushed lemon bagna cauda and bottarga, crispy pig’s trotter with cicoria and mustard, a ricotta and egg raviolo with brown butter, grilled quail wrapped in pancetta with honey and sage, and for dessert, butterscotch budino with Maldon sea salt and rosemary pine nut cookie.
The Culinary Masters dinner at Strand House is $100 per person with optional wine pairings, from Napa Valley’s Rombauer Vineyards, available for $50 per person. Call for reservations.
