Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne seek buyer for their Malibu beach house

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have listed their oceanfront Malibu beach house for sale at $10 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The three-story midcentury home, entered through a walled garden, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms in its 4,500 square feet of living space. The main level includes a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a powder room. The master suite and a wood-paneled library occupy the second floor. The top level has two ocean-facing bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and a roof deck.
Heavy metal songwriter Ozzy Osbourne, 62, was the lead singer for Black Sabbath before launching his solo career. He has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide during his four decades of performing. Sharon Osbourne, 58, is his manager and a co-host on “The Talk” (2010-present).
Public records show the couple bought the house in 2003 for $5.1 million.
Jonah Wilson of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sunset office is the listing agent, according to the MLS.
