13 trees chopped down at Ronald Reagan Park, Anaheim police say

Police Tuesday night said that 13 trees were chopped down at Ronald Reagan Park in Anaheim, causing an estimated thousands of dollars in damage.
The trees were apparently cut with an ax between late Monday and early Tuesday, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
Police said they were seeking leads and that the motive was under investigation. The scenic 16-acre park is located on Weir Canyon Road in Anaheim Hills.
