Brown and Whitman to debate Tuesday

Gubernatorial candidates Jerry Brown, Democrat, and Meg Whitman, Republican, will meet in their third and final debate at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dominican University of California in San Rafael. For live updates, go to latimes.com.
NBC will co-sponsor the event, to be moderated by newsman Tom Brokaw and broadcast live by NBC outlets in the Bay Area, Eureka, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, Palm Springs, Sacramento, Salinas, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Santa Maria.
Live radio coverage will be carried by KQED Public Radio’s news program, “The California Report.”
