Readers React: Restore voting rights? Fine -- but what about voter fraud?

To the editor: I certainly agree with Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) and Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.) that voting rights are important.
In fact, I’m particularly concerned about my vote “counting,” meaning my vote not becoming meaningless because of voter fraud originating from the lack of a voter ID, mail and registration fraud, and arming noncitizens with voting rights.
I’ll support 100% any federal legislation they propose that would address that; however, I question whether that is what they actually wish to accomplish.
