Boys’ basketball: Freshman guard duo K.J. Feagin and Matt Hauser key Santa Clara

Santa Clara isn’t wasting any time giving a pair of freshman guards from Southern California the chance to prove themselves.
K.J. Feagin from Long Beach Poly scored 26 points and Matt Hauser from Thousand Oaks had 10 points on Sunday to lead Santa Clara in a 71-65 loss to Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Feagin made 11 of 14 field goals.
