Update: There will be no Delonte West (sprained right ankle), Glen Davis (left knee tendinitis) or Shaquille O’Neal (sore foot/leg) playing against the Clippers. The Celtics signed point guard Carlos Arroyo and he had his first practice Tuesday and could play Wednesday. The Clippers are trying to win their fourth straight game for the first time this season. The Celtics are on a five-game winning streak and beat the Clippers, 99-92, last month at Staples Center.
