Ex-USC defensive lineman Leonard Williams draws Pro Bowl comparison

Former USC defensive lineman Leonard Williams is a top prospect in multiple NFL mock drafts as he prepares to participate in the combine Feb. 17-23 in Indianapolis.
“Pretty much on everybody’s list, Leonard Williams is the No. 1 defensive lineman,” said NFL Network draft analyst Mike Mayock on Monday during a teleconference with reporters.
“I think his beauty is that he can play anywhere up and down the defensive line,” Mayock said.
Williams, 6-5 and 300 pounds, made 80 tackles – including seven sacks – last season for the Trojans.
Mayock said Williams reminded him of former New England Patriot and Oakland Raider Richard Seymour.
Seymour was picked No. 6 overall by the Patriots in the 2001 draft. He played 12 seasons, won three Super Bowls and was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection.
