Frank Wein to Head Planners

Frank B. Wein, director of Planning Services with Michael Brandman Associates Inc. in Costa Mesa, has been reelected president of the California chapter, American Planning Assn.
Other newly elected officers of the organization include Donald Lamm, Tustin community development director, vice president of state and local affairs, and Walter Ladwig, San Diego County planning director, vice president of professional development.
