Syndicators to Hear Tax Talk

W. David Wood will speak on “A Financial Planner’s View of the Modified Tax Law Proposals . . . What Will It Mean to Investment Packaging?” at the March 28 meeting of the National Assn. of Private Placement Syndicators.
The dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Velvet Turtle restaurant, 708 N. Hill St. Wood is both a certified public accountant and a certified financial planner. Details are available from PensionVest Inc., Montrose.
The association also announced that a new chapter is being formed in Orange County under the direction of Sylvan Swartz of the Swartz Co., Orange. Information is available from Swartz or Meadors Construction Co., Pasadena.
