CLEVELAND, Tenn. — Magic Chef Inc. said it acquired Ardac Inc. for an undisclosed amount of stock and cash.
Ardac based in East Lake, Ohio, is a maker of dollar bill changers and currency acceptors. It has annual sales of more than $10 million.
