Castle U.S. said it will buy Intervideo Network.

Castle has signed a letter of intent to exchange an unspecified number of its shares for all of the stock of Los Angeles-based Intervideo, a privately held communications, natural resources and agricultural company. Intervideo complements Castle’s communication division by adding a national teleconferencing network. The transaction is subject to approval by directors of each company.
