PacTel Purchases Lincoln Center in Garden Grove

PacTel Properties, commercial real estate subsidiary of the Pacific Telesis Group in Irvine, has purchased Lincoln Technology Center in Garden Grove from Lincoln Property Co. for $12 million.
The three-building office/research-and-development complex is on an 8.7-acre site in Garden Grove’s Irvine Industrial Complex and houses Rockwell International, Dense-Pac Development Inc., Compufact and Richey/Impact.
The 124,896-square-foot project, on Lincoln Way, was developed in 1984 by Lincoln Property Co., Irvine. Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services represented the buyer and seller.
