Hollywood IRS Office Gets New Landlord

The IRS has a new landlord.
The 5-story building, at 1625 N. Hudson Ave., which serves as the agency’s Hollywood office, has been purchased by Andrew McIntyre Enterprises, a television production company, for $2.5 million from John Mauren-Laurens, Los Angeles.
John Alle Co., Los Angeles, represented both buyer and seller.
