Del Webb Corp. said it has agreed to sell its Nevada Club casino-hotel in Laughlin, Nev., to Golden Nugget Inc. for $40 million cash. In March, Del Webb announced a restructuring plan that focuses the Phoenix company’s future on real estate activities and includes the sale of all of its leisure operations. The company is continuing discussions concerning the sale of its remaining casino-hotels, the Mint in Las Vegas and the High Sierra at Lake Tahoe, along with its five marinas on Lake Powell.
