Investor Hikes Stake in CCR Video to 9.28%

Marvin H. Sugarman has raised his stake in Los Angeles-based C.C.R. Video Corp. to 9.28%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
On April 21 and 22, Sugarman purchased 100,000 shares at 45 cents to 50 cents each. He bought another 250,000 shares on May 13 from the company for $75,000 under an April 18 subscription agreement that was intended to provide the company with working capital, according to the filing.
