L.A. Realty Firm Offers Industrial Information Line

If you’re involved in commercial or industrial real estate or apartment buildings, the Los Angeles office of a big international firm just might have an offer that you can’t refuse.
The firm, Rogers & Wells, has started a free “real estate hot line” that investors, developers and other professionals can call for answers to their real estate-related legal problems. Questions will be answered by Alex N. Fafenrodt and Michael Murphy, senior members of Rogers & Wells’ real estate practice and partners in the firm.
“We will answer questions that don’t require research for us, but that the caller can’t easily answer on his own,” said Fafenrodt.
The real estate hot line number--which Fafenrodt said is the first such service operated by an independent law firm--is 213/580-1214.
