What do executives earn at home building companies?
According to thousands of executives interviewed by S.R. Clarke Executive Search, the answer is: from $150,000 to $200,000 and up for a president, depending on the size of the company.
The average was $175,000. The survey did not include bonuses.
Chief operations officers earned between $100,000 and $150,000, with the average $125,000, according to the survey.
The survey ranged down to superintendents, who earned from $40,000 to $60,000. The average was $50,000.
