SmithKline Sues over Dyazide: The firm sued two small generic drug makers, accusing them of fraudulently winning federal approval to market versions of dyazide, a blood pressure drug that was SmithKline’s second-biggest seller. The federal suit was filed against Bolar Pharmaceutical Co. and Vitarine Pharmaceuticals Inc. The firms are targets of government probe into the generic drug industry.
