Premier Bank in Northridge said Robert N. Giacobbe resigned as president and chief executive. Gabe Etcheverry, executive vice president and chief loan administrator, and Osher Portman, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will assume the responsibilities of president and chief executive while the bank looks for Giacobbe’s successor.
