Michael Schlesinger has been named vice president of development for TMC Developments Inc., Costa Mesa. He joined the commercial and residential real estate developer in 1988 as project manager. He previously spent two years with Irvine Pacific and Irvine Community Development Co., divisions of the Irvine Co. He has also served as project architect for several Orange County architectural firms, where he specialized in restaurant and institutional design.
