Santa Monica-based National Medical Enterprises Inc. announced the promotion of Nita Puig-Heckendorn to executive vice president in charge of corporate strategic planning.
Heckendorn, 47, of San Marino, joined NME in 1982 as director of corporate budget and performance review. In 1984, the company named her a corporate vice president, and in 1986 she became a senior vice president. Heckendorn continues to oversee the company’s overall strategic and financial planning.
