USAir Suspends Dividend, Delays New Planes: In its latest money-saving moves, USAir Group Inc. said it was indefinitely suspending dividend payments on its shares and delaying until 1993 and 1994 delivery of 16 new Boeing aircraft to the Arlington, Va.-based airline. Chairman Edward Colodny blamed “the company’s recent financial performance and the poor outlook for the nation’s economy and its effect on air travel” for the moves.
