Chatsworth Firm Guilty of Export Violations: Frederick Components International pleaded guilty in federal court in Los Angeles to a two-count information charging the firm with multiple violations of U.S. export laws, the Commerce Department said. The firm is charged with illegally trying to ship two high-performance oscilloscopes, with potential uses in the nuclear industry and military electronics, to an unidentified Asian country.
