James E. Cruver resigned as president and chief executive of HOH Water Technology Corp., a Newbury Park marketer of water-treatment systems.
HOH Water gave no reason for Cruver’s resignation, but said he plans to devote his time to his water-consulting firm, Salcor Inc., which he started in 1978. Cruver had been HOH Water’s president since June, 1990.
HOH Water said it has hired outside consultants to manage the company until Cruver’s successor is found. The company also said it is seeking equity and debt financing to expand its working capital and marketing efforts.
