Chain Reorganizes: San Juan Capistrano-based Rusty Pelican Restaurants has filed a plan of reorganization in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Santa Ana. Rusty Pelican closed six of its locations upon entering Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July, 1993.
