Norma Weiss has been appointed compliance officer for Plaza Home Mortgage Bank in Santa Ana. She was previously compliance officer at Western Financial Savings Bank. In addition, Irma Sanchez has joined the board of directors for the mortgage banking company. She is Plaza’s vice president of savings administration and savings security officer.
