Liberty National Bank: The Huntington Beach bank has appointed Fred Bewersdorf as senior vice president. He was formerly vice president of the SBA loan department. Bewersdorf, who has been with the bank since 1986, was previously with California First, Security Pacific Bank and Bank of America. In addition, Thomas Magliano has been named vice president and manager of the bank’s credit analysis department. Magliano, who joined Liberty National in 1987, had been a member of the credit analysis department and an assistant vice president.
