Pacific Snax Corp.: The Newport Beach snack food maker said Tuesday it will close its plants in Huntington Beach and Nevada and consolidate manufacturing operations in a new Las Vegas facility.
Its headquarters will remain in Newport Beach.
Pacific Snax also said it expects to add more than $10 million in annual revenue from distribution agreements it has reached recently with Kmart, Walgreens and Food Lion stores to carry its snack foods, including Kettle Classics potato chips and Pacific Lites rice and potato snacks.
