Herbert Haft Wins Legal Round: A Washington Superior Court judge let the Dart Group Chairman press his bid to take over management of 27 shoping centers now run by a real estate concern controlled by son Ronald Haft. Judge Geoffrey Alprin rejected a preliminary injunction filrd by Ronald Haft, leaving the dispute to be resolves in a trial. The ruling marks a victory for the elder Haft, whi is battling his youngest son for control of both the closely held real estate company, Combines Properties Inc. and the Washington-area retailer Dart Group Corp.
