CFTC Division Gets New Chief: Geoffrey F. Aronow, an attorney with a prominent Washington law firm, was named to head the enforcement arm of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Aronow, 40, a partner at Arnold & Porter, plans to join the agency by the end of September, he said. He succeeds Dennis Klejna, who left the post in April after 19 years. CFTC Chairwoman Mary L. Schapiro made the announcement at a speech in Chicago. Schapiro has made tougher enforcement of CFTC futures and options trading rules her top goal since she took office last October.
