Interpore International: The Irvine manufacturer of synthetic bone graft materials for orthopedic use posted net income of $2 million, or 27 cents a share, for 1995, down 17% from the $2.4 million, or 32 cents a share, for 1994. Sales declined 8% to $17.1 million from $18.5 million. Net income for the fourth quarter totaled $783,000, or 10 cents a share, which included a $1.5-million adjustment to recognize deferred tax assets and a $411,000 provision for distributor sales returns. The company earned $812,000, or 11 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Sales dropped 18% to $4.2 million from $5.1 million.
