Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc.: The San Clemente real estate investment trust, which owns 17 hotels, reported that net income last year rose 17% to $4.8 million, or 76 cents a share, from $4.1 million, or 65 cents a share, for 1994. Revenue rose 8% to $9.3 million from $8.6 million. Fourth-quarter profit was $711,000, or 11 cents a share, up 23% from net income of $577,000, or 9 cents a share, for the 1994 fourth quarter. Revenue increased 6% to $1.9 million from $1.8 million. The company completed its initial public offering in August 1995.
