Product Line Purchased

IRVINE — International Remote Imaging Systems Inc. said it completed its purchase of a line of urinalysis products from Irvine-based UroHealth Systems Inc. International Remote, a Chatsworth maker of urinalysis workstations, said it paid $788,000 in cash for the line and assumed $62,000 in liabilities. The products include a microscopic examination system, a collection cup and other items.
