Boeing North American Inc. of Canoga Park won a $6-million contract from Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico for research and development.
* The Titan Corp. of Chatsworth won a $1.6-million contract from the Defense Special Weapons Agency in Alexandria, Va., for research and development.
* California Microwave Inc. of Woodland Hills won a $1.4-million contract from the Navy in Point Mugu for technical representative services.
* Cartwright Electronics of Fullerton won a $642,116 contract from the Navy in Point Mugu for communication, detection and coherent radiation equipment.
* HR Textron Inc. of Valencia won a $303,774 contract from the Navy in Lakehurst, N. J., for maintenance repair shop equipment.
* Z Microsystems Inc. of San Diego won a $181,634 contract from the Navy in Point Mugu for general purpose equipment.
* Telair International of Oxnard won a $147,835 contract from McClellan Air Force Base near Sacramento for electric wire and power and distribution equipment.
* Delta Oceanographics of Oxnard won a $119,000 contract from the Department of Commerce in Seattle for transportation services.
* Raytheon Aircraft Services Inc. of Van Nuys won a $106,371 contract from the Department of Agriculture in Boise, Idaho, for communication, detection and coherent radiation equipment.
* Litton Systems Inc. of Woodland Hills won a $102,032 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for instruments and laboratory equipment.
