Hilton Anaheim Names Karlan Sales Director

* Edd Karlan has joined the Hilton Anaheim & Towers as director of sales and marketing. He was previously assistant director of sales at the Hilton New York & Towers.
* David Raber has been appointed vice president of engineering, enterprise systems division, for Sage Software Inc. in Irvine. Raber was formerly director of product development at Platinum Software Corp.
* Philip C. Cohen has been named vice president of CB Richard Ellis. Cohen, based in the Newport Beach office, specializes in regional and national representation of corporate clients.
* Joan DiMaio has been named director of design center services for the Southern California division of Richmond American Homes in Irvine. She had been with UDC Homes, where she was design center manager for four years.
