* PictureTel Corp., maker of videoconferencing systems, brought back Norman Gaut as chairman and chief executive, replacing Bruce Bond, who resigned effective immediately. Gaut, 61, was PictureTel’s chairman and CEO for more than 10 years until he retired in June 1998. Bond, 53, joined the company in early 1998.
