Cam Commerce Buys New Jersey Company

Cam Commerce Solutions, a Fountain Valley maker of inventory management products for retailers, paid $2 million for MicroBiz Inc., a New Jersey provider of inventory management systems for single-store retailers, according to a document filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cam Commerce did not disclose financial terms when it announced the purchase last week.
