Rockwell Science Center to Lease Camarillo Facility

The Rockwell Science Center in Thousand Oaks will lease a 65,000-square-foot facility in the Mission Oaks Business Park in Camarillo.
The new facility will provide space for research and development and production capability for the science center’s imaging sensors business. That business specializes in infrared and visible imaging components and systems for applications in defense, astronomy and industry.
Triliad Development Inc. of Thousand Oaks, which manages the Camarillo property, will build and lease the building to Rockwell. Groundbreaking is expected in November, and the site should be operating by the fall of 2001.
