Cerplex Subsidiary Sells Parts Business

The Cerplex Group Inc. said its Cerplex Inc. subsidiary sold the assets of its U.S. parts business, including spare parts procurement operations, to Alorica Inc. in Chino. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Cerplex is an Irvine-based provider of computer repair services.
