CorVel Corp., an Irvine provider of managed health-care services, reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $3.4 million, or 44 cents a share, up 10% from $3.1 million, or 39 cents, a year ago. Revenue rose 13% to $55.1 million. . . .
